DISCLAIMER

This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

Pictures for a Monday

I am so tired. This Daylight Savings thing is dumb, and I don't like it! I had to drive around in the dark this morning for about 40 minutes, to get Sammi to school. Just a few days ago, I thoroughly enjoyed greeting the morning routine with the sunrise, and light. Driving around first thing in the morning to catch the sun coming-up was a pleasure. But now it is back to greeting the day in darkness. Ick. It is amazing the affect that light has on the brain. My head is too fuzzy right now to write anything about anything (it is still dark!), so I am just going to post some pictures. Maybe I will write something later. For now, just a few snapshots… it is so nice of my children to help me practice.

Happy Monday!

Comments

  1. Daylight savings time is killing me! I feel slightly grumpier/edgier than normal. Can't wait till I adjust to the change. I do love the longer days though, especially when they are sunny, unlike today.
