9/11: Nearer My God to Thee

I will always remember that day. I will always remember when Charles woke me up, to tell me that America had been attacked.

It was unbelievable the things that were being shown on the news that day. My soul was on fire as I watched the events unfold. It seemed so unreal. I was a brand new mother, with infant Sammi in my arms. I clung onto her tightly, with eyes glued to the TV screen.

I made this video tribute with Sammi a few years ago. I thought I would post it again.

My heart goes out to all who faced such unimaginable horror, pain, and death.

May those who faced such tragedy feel nearer to God.
