DISCLAIMER

This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

A Night With Rogers & Hammerstein - Written By Sam and Dan

It's that time of year again, and the Junior High choirs are doing their annual benefit concert! This year, it will feature music from Oklahoma and Carousel.

This performance will be shown twice next week...
Thursday,  March 10
and Friday, March 11
Both performances start at 6:30 and doors will open for guests to come in at 6:00. Desserts will be provided both nights.

The choirs will be singing some of the more well known songs from these two musicals such as "You'll Never Walk Alone","June is Busting Out All Over","Oklahoma","Oh What A Beautiful Morning," and many, many, MANY more!

We have both been super excited, and have been practicing our tails off whenever we get the chance to, even if it means singing "Oh What A Beautiful Mornin'" at 5:30am (Which are mom can attest to) or bursting out in song in the shower. Every choir member has been working hard, and we are trying our best to give you the best experience possible!

Both of us got main singing solos this year!!! I (Daniel) will be playing the part of Mr. Snow from Carousel both nights, singing the song,"When The Children Are Asleep," and I (Sammi) will be playing the part of Lori from Oklahoma on Friday, having solos and duets in songs such as "Many A New Day" and "People Will Say We're in Love".

If you want to have early reserved seats (which are usually better seats), you will need to contact one of us ASAP or email our mom at mari4u@hotmail.com. The tickets are $8.00 per person over the age of 5.  You can buy tickets at the door, but it will be $10.00 per person and no guaranteed seats at a table.

If you want reserved seats, we need to have the money to turn in by Monday. If the money is not turned in by 3:30 pm on Monday, we can't turn it in and it will cost $10.00 at the door.

We would absolutely love to have you there and hope that you can come to enjoy this wonderful night of music, dancing, and fun! Thank You!!
