This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

I'm Still Here

I have not quit blogging. I have just been partaking of the healing balm of family for the last few weeks. I will begin writing again more regularly, very soon. I have just been enjoying a break from everything, and traveling in the land of my childhood -- Alaska. I have taken thousands of pictures, and have had many beautiful experiences that I will be writing about soon. For now, all I have to offer is this picture. This is me and my older sister, Kary. She has been helping me heal. I just wanted to put a happy picture up -- a smiling picture -- because I am happy. It is a miracle,  but I am happy! Oh, and did I mention I love Jesus? Well, that is where my happiness comes from. This journey of life, though hard, is about Faith -- will you believe, or will you doubt? As for me, and my house -- WE BELIEVE!!!

    Yeah!! I am so glad you were able to go to Alaska, my home town! And I just love your sister, she is such a wonderful person with great strength, and wisdom. I sure do miss her! What a fun picture, looks like you guys were having fun:) I have missed your blogging, but I hope you were able to have a fun trip with your family and enjoy their love they have for you guys! Welcome back home:)
