This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

Ceramica & Other Fun

We went to some new places on Friday night! Sammi's best friend, Hanna, invited Sammi and me along for some fun for Hanna's Birthday. (How nice is that?!) It works out lovely because Hanna and Sammi are great friends, and Hanna's mom, Jessica, is my great friend -- so we had ourselves a fun girls night! 

We went to Jimmy Johns for dinner, for really yummy sandwiches. Then we went to a place called Ceramica to create, and have some fun! At Ceramica you go and pick out what you want to paint, then they stick it in a super-hot oven, and you go pick-up your finished product a few days later... I am excited to see how my Frog turned out! 

Hanna is focused on her artwork...














We had a great time, and then Jessica took me to Target, since I had never been there before?! Who knew there were so many fun places to go? 

I have decided I need to get out more...

Also, the boys decided to have a boys night with our friends the Harlins the same night. That was 4 boys + Tyson + Charles + our 3 boys = 9 boys in our little house!  I was surprised to find our house was in one piece AND CLEAN when I got home! Way to go Charles! :-)
