DISCLAIMER

This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

The Observer.

I have been taking pictures my entire life. I am an observer. I am always watching, always taking in every inch of everything around me, and always seeking out things of beauty. I finally have the ability to capture the things I see and observe with a camera -- not just my eyes. I have enjoyed Photography more than any other talent or hobby I have attempted thus far in my life -- including singing! That's right, I would rather take pictures than sing! I can hardly wait for the Springtime to come. I have only had my camera in the winter months, and I have not had a chance to play with the colors of summer, I am SO EXCITED! I was taking some pictures of flowers today, and it got me really excited to capture the colors of life and warmth!

For now, here are some random pictures… (Don't the flower pictures make you excited for Spring?! Oooooo… I long for Spring!)

    1. Hi Annie! There are a bunch of camera options at Costco. The camera I use is a Nikon D5200 (from Costco). It is way too fun! :-) Love ya!

  6. Great pics! Spring will be an awesome time to take pictures. One of my favorite nature pictures I've taken was a close-up of an apple blossom last spring. I love details of a close-up. :)
