DISCLAIMER

This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

Identifying Mom

I love Stephanie Nielson. Go to her blog today and read her post: HERE. It is called, "Identifying Mom." I was not expecting to start out my day with tears. It was too beautiful, and I loved the idea they used in Primary. Grab some tissues and go read it.

How would your children identify you?

  1. That was a great post. There is a beautiful commercial I shared on Facebook that does that exact thing. The kids are going through a line of moms, blindfolded, trying to identify their own mom. It was beautiful. Some of the moms were crying before their kids even got to them. It's pretty touching.

  2. That reminded me of the distinguishing marks of the Savior, and how the people came and touched the marks to know it was him.
