DISCLAIMER

This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

  4. AMEN sister! : )
You are absolutely right! Happiness is a choice (even when life is hard.) That is not to say moments of sadness and sorrow are not allowed. Yes, they must exist. those feelings must be felt. There are days of darkness and sometimes even despair, but as you said, through our Savior, Jesus Christ, we can be happy. We must seek Him, come to feel of HIs love, come to know that He has felt ALL of our pain. He had bled from every pore to heal our hearts and offer us joy in life. I love our Savior. I know He lives. I know He is standing by your side each day Mari. You are not alone. I can feel that from you as you testify of Him. Thank you for sharing your testimony with the world. We all need to be reminded about the plan of happiness. Heavenly Father's plan is perfect. It is beautiful, it is hopeful, it is full of joy, it is eternal. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and hope that many of your blog readers/followers (who may be searching for truth and happiness), will go to mormon.org or lds.org to find answers to their questions regarding the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thank you for being who you are Mari. You are loved!

    Love,
    Kary
