This blog is where I record a limited depiction of my feelings, family, and faith. My blog was recently under intense scrutiny, and so I feel this disclaimer is necessary. I try to tell my story as openly as I can, but this blog represents a cropped and narrow-viewed version of my story -- like all social media -- it is NOT the full story. Many events happen behind the scenes that are not recorded or written about, due to the sensitive nature of others involved. Life has many layers. Many layers can be shared and many cannot, and this blog is simply a layer of my life that I allow others to view, but it is not an accurate depiction of all the layers of my life.

Finished Fireside Happy Dance

Well, my long day is over. I feel good. The fireside went well, and I was reminded of how much I love the youth. I quoted Lord of the Rings, and Yoda -- so I consider it a success. :-) 

I will write much more later… probably tomorrow... but for now I am tired, and my bed is looking pretty cozy. 

Here is what I did when I came home from the fireside… 

Yes, I am dancing with chocolate ice-cream. It is a totally normal thing to do. :-)

    Brenda Henrie came over after the fireside and said it was awesome and she's a very tough critic, so I'd say that a total A++ in my books girlfriend.
    I'm glad it went well and you feel 'happy' about it...........................see what I just did there? I'm awesome. ;)
